I don’t understand. I reported a fake account yesterday to Medium, and I think I did the right thing. The fake account was deleted, and the writer being spoofed thanked me for the report.

You have not explained why we should not report, and I think you should explain, because I sincerely believe you aren’t making any sense.

What possible negative effect could happen by reporting a fake account? I’m searching my mind as hard as I can, and no negative effects at all occur to me.

The only effect that occurs is that the reported account would be deleted, which is exactly what we want. Right?

So what are you suggesting?
