I don't understand. The "deeper basis" or whatever of astrology is pure nonsense. The idea that distant stars and constellations that have particular shapes can change or inform human behavior is obviously baseless and absurd.

Astrologers are, generally speaking, hucksters and charlatans spreading superstitious foolishness and ignorance. Remember when it came out Ronald Reagan was incapacitated in the final couple years of his presidency and it turned out Nancy Reagan was making decisions implicating national security on the basis of advice from her astrologer? Most people were suitably horrified because people know astrology is nonsense.

I challenge you to present any empirical evidence that astrology is effective or valid. I am almost 100% certain you won't be able to do that.
