I don't think the ACLU much concerns itself with non-state restrictions on speech, or at least not that I've seen. They're primarily concerned with protecting the liberties detailed in the U.S. Constitution regarding governments stifling speech. Since the First Amendment doesn't apply to Facebook, the ACLU likely don't have, as it were, a dog in the fight.
