I don't think that's anything like an acceptable solution. It's not acceptable for taxpayers to fund education that is essentially discriminatory and stigmatizing. If parents want to teach particular values to to their children and prevent them from learning about broader societal values, then nothing is stopping them from paying for private education. But the taxpayer should not be funding that sort of thing.
