I don't think radical reformation is stupid, no. I don't think radical downsizing of the prison industrial complex is stupid; I think it's vitally necessary. What I'm asking is what law enforcement should look like after radical downsizing. And no, last I checked, I didn't suffer from any mental illnesses.
