I don’t think it matters anymore, Joao Nascimento, sadly. I genuinely believed that we were about to begin a process of open communication and reconciliation. I tagged people in who I thought would be interested in observing or participating. Sadly, it seems that isn’t going to happen after all.

I thought your experience as a humanist philosopher would add value to the conversation that LaMar Going has apparently decided he’s not interested in having.

It’s too bad, really, Joao. There’s too much bad blood, I suppose, and too much of a dark history of persecution by Mormons of queer people.

The conversation is evidently just too difficult to have right now.
