I don’t know anything about this Christian group, but I’d have to wonder why as part of their Christian faith they feel it necessary to make jokes at the expense of a transgender woman.

Is that what Christianity is about? Jesus was sent to enforce gender and sexual norms? So his followers better do it too?

Somehow, I had gotten the impression Christianity was about something else, or at least that it was supposed to be.
