I don't get the man in Boston at all. If he doesn't get a heart transplant, he will die, and soon. Heart transplants are practically miracles of modern medicine. Not so many years ago, most people who got heart transplants didn't live very long. Many of them didn't even survive the surgery. Now, medicine has advanced so much that most people who receive heart transplants thrive.

This guy trusts his doctors to do that incredibly complicated surgery. He trusts the data that tells the doctors how to match the tissue. He trusts their skill to do the procedure. He's willing to put his life entirely in their hands.

Yet when doctors tell him he needs a vaccine to protect himself from covid-19, suddenly doctors are stupid and don't know what they're doing?

This man's story illustrates how incredibly stupid and irrational people can be. This man in Boston who is willing to undergo a high-tech medical procedure to save his life but not willing to take a vaccine is one of the most stupid and irrational people I've ever heard of.

He doesn't need a heart transplant, he needs a brain transplant.
