I didn’t blow it off. I said that evidence shows a correlation, sometimes. Unlike you, I didn’t catastrophize. Because evidence also shows that men who experience porn-related erectile dysfunction can regain ordinary sexual response by simply not watching porn for a while.

And anticipating your gasping objection that porn can be addictive and difficult to stop, well sure. So can cinnamon rolls and sugary drinks. Yet somehow people manage to get by, and couples keep having satisfying sex, etc, etc etc.

I’m not trivializing, I’m telling a young man that not achieving an erection once in a while happens to all of us, and that we shouldn’t jump to conclusions.
