I can't help but reflect on the fact that even though I live in Michigan, I know a lot about Katy ISD. The school district pops up in my news feeds practically every day, officials there on the cutting edge of cutting off support for LGBTQ students, and censoring curricula and library books.

But hey, as long as they can afford to spend tens of millions of dollars on a football stadium they can't possibly really need, I guess all is well. 🙄
