I can only guess. I suppose logistics chains that provide perishables like milk, eggs, and orange juice are more stressed than the ones that deliver dry packaged goods. Why pasta too? I have no idea. The manager at the store in my village told me yesterday that she never gets all of what she orders. She says perishables are more impacted but she’s used to not receiving all the dry goods she orders either. She’s reluctant to provide details because she’s afraid speaking freely will get her in trouble with her corporate bosses.
