I attended a private Christian school through 8th grade. I was taught in science class that Charles Darwin was an agent of Satan. Think about all the implications of that being taught in science class. 😂

I was also taught in science class that Lamark-ism more correctly explains biological diversity within species. Anyone who knows anything about the history of biology will know that Lamarck was discredited for excellent reasons a very long time ago, and that his ideas only stuck around for as long as they did because Joseph Stalin championed them.

It really is wild that a real science teacher (My school was state accredited, meeting all Alabama education standards) could such discredited nonsense. Ya got me, doc!
