I almost failed my first year of college because of social anxiety. I didn’t know how to find one of my classes on the immense Iowa State campus, and I was too anxious to ask for help.

I mean, how hard could it have been? Walk up to any faculty member or student and just admit that I couldn’t find Gilbert hall.

But I too scared!
