How cool and interesting!
On a side note, you have me a bit curious about how certain Europeans, with their FKK and sauna culture, would personally respond to resorts like that.
What I mean is, that many Germans and northern Europeans including Russians look at "appropriate" public nudity as wholesome and healthy. If you're in a park sunbathing, at the beach, or in a sauna/bathhouse, being naked isn't just unremarkable, it can be thought of as almost necessary to well-being.
Just try sitting down in certain mixed-sex steam rooms with a bathing suit on! You'll be chided as an unhygienic boor.
And penises? Galore! 🤣
Of course, sauna culture isn't overtly or intentionally sexual, and some cultures with open sauna cultures are at least a bit sexually repressive. I'm thinking of Russia contrasted with the much more sexually permissive Sweden, with Germany falling somewhere in the middle. But all of those societies are less repressive on sexual matters than the U.S. and other English speaking nations like the U.K., Canada, Australia, etc.
Our nudity tabboos are very strong, and people in at least parts of the world find them puzzling.
