I think you nailed it. The problem is not Grande. The problem is corporate sponsorship and restricted access to Pride events. Divas go way back in gay tradition, if not in LGBTQ tradition at large.

People are getting riled up at the wrong issue. Why is Pride being observed in the first place? Grande may have her finger closer to that pulse than the Manchester event organizers.
