Good for you! I've been baking a lot lately too, though I don't have much of a sweet tooth so I've been baking bread and making pizzas and things.
I've even done some authentic sourdough pancakes from an old Alaskan goldrush recipe.
Of course, these things are not gluten-free, but the principle is kind of the same. I can't easily get quality baked goods that I enjoy. And when I can get them, they're expensive.
But since I've been learning to bake over the last couple of years, I'm making really delicious things for pennies. Better than I can get anywhere around here.
And what's really cool, is that I thought it would be difficult but it isn't. I mean there was a learning curve. But when isn't there for something that's worth doing?
