Giving somebody a haircut is just not the same as saying something or writing something. I don’t know what unicorn hair is, so I can’t directly address your point, but Eleni creative-expressive protection, in my opinion, is not going to justify barring trans people (or other members of protected classes) from a shop that provides general haircuts and hairstyles.
