Given that Utah is dominated by the power of the LDS Church at practically every level, it would be very interesting to look into the religious affiliation of the members of the licensing board. Did they keep quiet in order to protect the Church's reputation?

Why else would they not have warned the public about a sexual predator conducting so-called conversion therapy?
