Getting on a ski lift? On purpose? To enjoy myself?

Um, doesn’t this lodge serve fortified hot beverages somewhere? Y’all enjoy yourselves, hear?

How is it that a former Air Force officer like myself has a severe fear of heights? My choice of service branch might not make a tremendous amount of sense until you realize when I was a college-student Marine Corps reservist, they made me rappel out of helicopters. And down 200 ft towers.

The Air Force by contrast gave me a nice steel gray desk and access to a coffee bar.
