Gender is exclusive to humans, because humans are the only persons who have thought of the idea of gender. The ideas that we think up about ourselves obviously only apply to ourselves. Clearly, we don't claim animals have gender. Animals only have biological sex.

Also, I'm not sure why you keep saying an AGI robot is a person. To my, I believe, certain knowledge, AGI robots do not exist. So, obviously, they are not persons. They are not anything.

I don't really know what laws of physics have to do with any of that. I'm afraid I'm at sea here.
