Gee, I wish I’d written this!

I don’t live in desperate poverty either, but I don’t have a lot of money. The bills get paid so long as I don’t like, you know, go anywhere or do anything. 😂

Interestingly, during the couple periods of my life when I actually did have more money than I knew what to do with, I woke up worrying at 3:00 in the morning just as often as I do now.

At one point, I was worried a lot about my kid, which I guess is understandable. Or about my partner, who was having immigration problems, which is also understandable.

But even when everything was going great with them, my brain found something to agonize about in the middle of the night.

I guess that’s just part of being human.
