Funny, after I scheduled your story yesterday, pretty much all I did was sleep. Naps, indeed! Staying rested takes the time that it takes. Increasingly, for me, that means more time than it used to. Resting is seriously important. Even the U.S. military understands that with entire departments set up to encourage "morale, welfare, and recreation." NCOs and junior officers are taught explicitly that keeping troops rested when practical and possible is a critical part of their job. If the military understands that, then so should we!
