Exactly. The Greek of Paul’s day was rich with vocabulary for male/male sex and relationships. If Paul had meant to condemn any of it out of hand, he surely would not have been at a loss for words. And originating in the Syria Province as he did, he would have had to have been familiar with “homosexual” customs.
