Exactly, and that was one of the main reasons that caused me to definitively reject Christianity, and causes me to not respect the religion today. The idea that an all-loving God would send most of his creation to hell, which is something that all but the most radically progressive Christians teach, is an idea that needs to be eradicated from the earth.

I think it's the main reason that most Christians are such thoroughly judgmental and disgusting people.

With a worldview like that, you can't help but be cruel and evil, in my opinion.

I mean I'm an atheist because I see no reason to believe in the supernatural, and I've never seen the slightest evidence that anything like the spiritual or the divine exists.

But I'm really glad no evidence exists and that the probability of the existence of the Christian god (or any god) closely approaches zero.

Because what a horror show the universe would be otherwise.
