Did you see the reports yesterday about the little 9-year-old Black girl in Rochester, New York? Cops pepper sprayed her directly in her eyes after they already had her handcuffed. Apparently because she wasn’t being respectful to them or obeying their orders.

The Rochester Police Union in a high official with a Rochester Police Department defended the actions, saying that torturing this Black girl was literally “required.”

Watching the video is just sickening, especially the part where the pigs react with emotional neutrality after torturing a little girl. Like it’s just an everyday part of their existence.

There aren’t just a few bad apples in the police departments across the United States. Police departments are packed with moral scum, monsters like these evil Rochester officers who believe torturing children is a “required” part of their job.
