Definitely! I was just commenting to Till that I always get transphobic comments when I promote articles with transgender content on Facebook and Twitter.

What’s most discouraging to see is that some of the most vitriolic comments pop up in LGBTQ groups on Facebook.

I try to ignore the comments for the most part because otherwise I would do little with my days except respond to comments, but sometimes I ask, “did you miss the T in the LGBT that’s part of the name of this group you voluntarily joined?”
