Coincidentally, I just read and responded to an article on Medium yesterday that was written by a supposedly liberal Democrat.

He was complaining about how LGBTQ people are over the top and causing problems. He repeated false, shrill talking points from a reactionary media outlet, and essentially seemed to be saying the same as Keilor with respect to abortion.

Instead of taking the gloves off, he apparently wants to counsel other Democrats to put human rights on hold, especially for transgender people.

For whom, indeed, does the hangman need to come?
