Coincidentally, I just came from reading an article about this knife attack, which is the first time I ran across it. Then I opened Medium, and your story was at the top of my feed. The article I read in USA Today was informative and factual, but it didn't draw the obvious lines you've drawn to the recent race riots in the UK.
