Coincidentally, a friend just mentioned to me yesterday that many people consider Top Gun to be covertly bisexual. I watched it when it came out, and I was in the Air Force at the time as a closeted or at least semi-closeted gay man, and I never caught any of that.

I mean, I enjoyed the eye candy, but I never caught any of the male/male sexual tension. Maybe just because it was the 80s and I was programmed not to see it? Dunno.

I should probably watch it again and see what I think of it now.
