Clay Rivers, I’ve seen things today that make me think that they’re working on their back-end software right now. I hope it’s to help get things fixed. Medium support has been in touch with me about the clapping problem, and they seem to be working hard to figure out and solve it. I actually have a Medium employee’s personal contact info so I can report problems as they occur.

I suspect things are going to be improving soon as they work on things!
