Burgers grilled over charcoal are one of life’s amazing pleasures as far as I’m concerned.

I’m usually disappointed with restaurant burgers, in the sense that they’re never as good as they could be. Something about grilling outdoors makes all the difference.

I’m already planning for tonight! Lighting up the grill for burgers. Steaming just-picked sweet corn, and slicing red and yellow tomatoes from the garden.

Doesn’t get much better than that. :-)
