Bullfrog legs are delicious, really. Alligator meat is okay, though I wouldn't write home about it. Frog legs are a whole different category of goodness! Lol. But then I've been eating them since I was a little boy. Well, the reality is that I don't eat them at all anymore, since you can't really get them because of the implosion of the frog population.
