Baking my own bread and roasting my own coffee beans is about as adventurous as I ever got with homemade. But this all sounds wonderful.

By the way, if you don’t have a small stove-top coffee roaster, you should try it. Freshly roasted beans (well, not perfectly fresh, you have to let them rest) are an amazing revelation.
