Awesome stuff! I live in a rural village in Michigan in the United States, and while we certainly can’t compare with the traditional beauty of Spanish villages, we have most of those same noises. Roosters crow so much that I’ve stopped hearing them. The mayor’s kids keep cows in their back yard, and just 50 m on the other side of my house is a big farm with lots and lots of cows.

It’s noisy around here, although in a very different way from cities.

When I lived in New York City I eventually stopped hearing all the traffic noise, just like living here has made me stop hearing the roosters and the cows.
