As an LGBTQ writer who adresses the general public rather than Academia, I can anecdotally attest that my work has begun in the last year to attract negative commentary influenced by TERF ideas.

This is new for me, and it’s becoming more common. It feels like ordinary people who are opposed to LGBTQ equality for various reasons are latching onto TERF ideology and repeating it.
