As a former Canadian immigrant (landed rather than citizen, but still) I really appreciate your detailed analyses of Canadian politics.

A lot of Americans don’t appreciate how much the Canadian right emulates our own conservative politicians, and while I know Americans understanding things doesn’t impact how anything works in Canada, I think it’s still important to understand the consequences of right-wing politics and activism.
