As a cis gay man, I might have three cents to throw in here. I mean, after all we gay men are supposed to be very sex positive. Or at least very sexual. *shrug*

Even so, sex shaming is built into our communities, probably because it’s built into our society. Oh, don’t get me wrong; we send lots of dick pics. (We generically; I don’t.)

But when some of us want to object to unsolicited dick pics, we often go straight into sex-shaming mode.
