As a baseball lover, I looked up to Roberto Clemente when I was kid. He wasn't just a great baseball player, he was a hero.

There's no way to tell his inspiring story without mentioning that he had to struggle against racism in professional baseball. That struggle was a very important part of who he was as an athlete and a hero.

Erasing that part of him erases a critical part of the man. It erases inspiration that all children deserve.
