Are you asking if my article is religion bashing?

I wrote a story about a high school administrator who threatened to destroy the academic careers of two girls because they are apparently in a dating relationship.

I think any adult who would do that to a teenager is a disgusting person. I think people who read this story will be horrified, and quite appropriately so, that any adult would treat any teenager this way. I described his treatment in my story as "creepy" for a reason. If you don't get it, you need to examine your thinking and your morality very carefully.

Religion is no excuse for treating people with cruelty and contempt.

If you truly think my article is religion bashing, if you think it's even worth a question, then I can only suggest that you have some basic problem with human decency and morality.

That's got nothing to do with religion. It has to do with treating people decently, something the dean of this high school clearly knows nothing about.

I will stand up everyday for equality, equity, love, and true morality. Even if that means denouncing religion when religion is cruel and terrible.
