And, of course, the conservative dweebs who talk about how pride as a character attribute is religiously objectionable know they're full of bull.

I once checked out the Facebook profile of a woman who posted nonsense about how pride is a sin — so LGBTQ Pride is particularly objectionable.

Guess what I found right near the top? She had posted a photo of her daughter wearing a cap and gown, telling the world how proud she is of her daughter for graduating college.

This woman absolutely knows that the word pride has many contexts, and she
obviously does not believe pride is always wrong or sinful. She's proud about something and wants the world to know it. (Which I don't blame her for at all. Parents being proud of their children's accomplishments is cool.)

But I pointed out her embarrassing inconsistency under her original homophobic post, asking her why it's okay for her to be proud of her daughter if pride is always a sin.

She blocked me.
