And now in the United States, we see forces lining up attempting to emulate the UK. It's starting the same way. Just like The Guardian several years ago began to amplify transphobic voices, The New York Times has been doing the same thing. Just this morning, I read a shockingly transphobic piece published in the Washington Post.

I'm increasingly seeing figures on the left raising startlingly transphobic voices.

We haven't yet had our leftist party (the Democratic Party) flip into hardcore transphobia the way Labour has in the U.K., but we hear voices of dissent that sound remarkably similar to Labour voices from the recent U.K. past.

Such voices are now beginning to cite the remarkably transphobic Cass Review (which makes no coherent sense without transphobia as its foundation) to bolster anti-trans talking points.
