And I’ve told you three times now that if you say you did not use the word bigot, then I believe you, LaMar Going.

There, that issue is put to bed. I mean it. I believe you. We can move on now.

We are sitting here patiently waiting for you to reply to our sincere open hands. We want you to answer Saoirse. We want you to respond to our sincere points when we make them.

I’m being far more calm and kind than is my wont. I am bending over backwards to be open to communication from you. None of us know what to think about being confronted with a member of the LDS Church. Surely you didn’t think this was going to be easy?

The LDS Church persecutes us. Badly. Every day. You’re a member and supporter of that Church.

What are we supposed to think?

We’re asking you to sincerely acknowledge the harm the Church does to us and to apologize for your role in that harm insofar as you support the Church financially and in other ways.

We’re not calling you the devil. We’re asking for you to acknowledge and apologize. We deserve that. We really do.

I can’t be nicer than this. But my patience is thinning. alto already lost his temper with you again a little.

But our hands are still open.

Reach out and take them.

Go for it.

It doesn’t hurt.

Jim
