And here in the U.S., our own moral panic is swelling. Because of our very tribal politics, the Democratic Party haven't yet taken the transphobic path Labour have taken, but the winds could shift at any moment. We ALSO have societal problems that neither political party has a handle on - plenty of failures to need excuses for.

And now both of our nations have critical elections coming up. A lot hangs in balance!
