And a more normal time, you would expect a president to face impeachment pressure over behavior like this. He is literally calling for armed insurrection.

It’s a sign of the times that he faces no real pressure at all, other than what we can put on him at the ballot box.

Presuming Trump loses the election, I hope the Republican establishment can do some real soul searching.

And I hope they seriously consider purging their ranks of the people who most enabled Trump.
