Alito and Thomas hold perverted views of what religious liberty means. So do many religious people clamoring for more religious liberty or claiming that religious liberty is under attack.

All religious people already have the right not to marry a same-sex partner if they don’t want to. What they’re demanding is the right to hurt people who choose to.

And that’s got nothing to do with liberty.
