Actually, a detail I omitted from the story is that the theater manager is a 59-year-old woman. And of course no responsibility lies with the disabled child's mother. Nobody in the theater complained. Meaning no customers complained. Only the theater manager did, and her reaction was entirely wrong. She maintained her hostile (and illegal) behavior even after the child's mother explained the details to her.
