Absolutely, Barry! I mean, it’s perfectly fine, I suppose, to have a preference about what a potential boyfriend looks like. But I think these ‘masc for masc' tags and 'no femmes' exclusions usually go much further than that.

They’re a sign of deeply internalized homophobia and toxic pathology within our communities.

We need to work for a world in which we don’t judge one another by how out we are or how well we abide by traditional gender presentation.
