A long time ago in the gay rights movement, we used to say "Don't panic" as a sort of slogan, referring mostly to straight men who seemed to fear homosexuality. (One theory was that they feared what they felt inside themselves.)

In any case, this guy sure seems to be panicking. Perhaps he should mind his own business.
